The residence, without a swimming pool, is located in the village of Razata, a very green area, almost in the center of the island and about 6 km from the capital Argostoli. Consisting of two floors above ground, it is surrounded by a splendid garden of approximately 8,000 m2 and features 4 apartments and 4 studios, all very comfortable.
The Residence has 3 types of accommodation:
• Studios for 2-3 people • 1-bedroom apartmentsfor 4 people • 2-bedroom apartmentsthat can accommodate up to 6 people
All accommodations have a beautiful view of the surrounding nature and are equipped with:

It is worth noting that approximately 700 meters from the Residence is the fortification of ancient Krane, a city that flourished in Kefalonia during the Classical and Hellenistic periods.
